Join us for our second community workout on the lawn with Mod Fitness. This is an introduction to their 45 minute barre-based workout that takes an athletic approach to the principles of ballet, pilates and yoga – all to music of course. Bring your friends and stay afterwards for post workout hangs and brews from Hops and Grain. Don’t forget to bring your own mat. Park in the garage and we will validate.
