The sessions feature a short talk on practical spiritual teachings of understanding yourself, mindfulness, your heart, positivity, hope, compassion, and various other topics.
There will be approximately 25-40 minutes of sitting, group discussion followed by meditation and community time.
Who should attend?
If you are interested in meditation, stress reduction, self growth, overcoming a challenging time, overcoming depression, fear, anxiety, growing your love and compassion, finding peace and happiness, or using wisdom to deal with everyday problems and difficulties, this is for you.

We look forward to hosting & meeting everyone. Since the weather will be a bit on the chilly side we’ve made arrangements for tea and snacks!
Here’s the timeline to expect for tomorrow
7:30 pm – Snack & Refreshments
this will be a great opportunity to meet everyone over some tea, snacks and refreshments
8-9 pm – Spiritual wisdom talk followed by meditation
9 pm – Following the meditation if anyone would like to sit personally with Murshid for questions he will be available
Venue : Santa Cruz Studio Theatre 1807 E 7th St, Austin, TX 78702
The meet up will take place in the art gallery room, which is inside the theatre
Where to park?
There is plenty of parking in the Theatre parking lot, if more is needed the planned parenthood parking shares its space to the theatre in the evenings so you are good to park there!
