Sushi Party: Bee Cave

Learn how to make perfect sushi rice with flavorful vinegars and no sugar! You’ll get to roll your own rainbow rolls with fresh vegetables, herbs, and homemade pickles, make avocado nigiri, and learn how to plate and garnish sushi rolls for a beautiful presentation! Chef Rachel Zierzow, natural foods chef and holistic health coach, will introduce you to a vegan sushi party complete with rainbow rolls and creamy wasabi sauce. The world is waiting and it’s delicious!

Spanish Marcona Almonds and Olives will also be served. Water will be served but wine will be available for an additional fee. All sales of classes are final and are non refundable and cannot be used for future dates. No physical tickets will be mailed, instead a receipt will be emailed after you purchase your ticket, please bring this with you to the class.
