DESCRIPTION: The Switch, a barbecue joint with cajun specialties in Dripping Springs, is collaborating with Oasis Texas Brewing Company for a special “Brew & Cue” fall event! The “Brew & Cue” event will feature a Texas Muffaletta with thinly sliced brisket, smoked ham, smoked bologna with gouda cheese, and an olive tapenade paired with a cold pint of Oasis’ Metamodern Session IPA. The food and beer combo can be purchased at a $20 set price and guests can keep the souvenir pint glass from Oasis Texas Brewing Company while supplies last.
