Taste of Italy with Antonelli’s Cheese Shop-Bee Cave

To celebrate our recent relocation of our Bee Cave shop, we’re teaming up with the one and only Kendall Antonelli of Antonelli’s Cheese Shop, the award-winning and internationally-acclaimed Hyde Park cheese shop.
Guests will start with an Olive Oil 101 flight of three Italian varietals, followed by a guided tasting of the Seven Styles of Cheese, each paired with our balsamic vinegars.
As usual in our classes, artisan bread, Spanish marcona almonds and olives will be served. And wine is available for purchase.
