Swift Fit Events is hosting this family-friendly and totally free day celebrating all things health and wellness. There is something on the agenda for everyone in the family, so pack the car and head on over to Fiesta Gardens.

Activities include group breathwork and meditation, yoga for all ages and abilities, dance lessons with Erica Nix, trivia with Sober and Funky, a market with 40 local vendors and wellness activations, and a kids soft play area. There’s going to be big names like Kendra Scott, mocktails by Ritual, chair massages, IV drips, crystal candles, a challenge course by Kidstrong, tarot readings, hand drawn family portraits, and a silent auction benefiting the Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas, all while DJ Dillz keeps the music going strong!
