Thanksgiving Brunch at The Driskill

Celebrate the season by gathering with loved ones over an elaborate brunch buffet. Savor traditional holiday favorites, such as slow roasted turkey, mustard glazed ham, and garlic whipped potatoes, in the opulent setting of our grand Mezzanine. Delight in delicate house made quiche, banana bread french toast, as well as other delicious breakfast dishes and fresh baked goods from Executive Pastry Chef Tony Sansalone. Reminisce over time-honored original recipes, such as Helen Corbitt’s cheese soup or indulge in non-traditional, chef-inspired creations that include creamy butternut squash risotto, wild mushroom and spinach orecchiette, and maple-miso baked salmon.
