The Brewer’s Table Pop-Up @ Austin Beerworks

The Brewer’s Table continues its pop-up tour with an appearance at Austin Beerworks’ newly opened tap room. The event is free and open to the public.

Guests (21+) in attendance, will have the opportunity to try what will be The Brewer’s Table’s flagship beer, the Common Lager, which was designed by The Brewer’s Table Head Brewer, Drew Durish and brewed by the Austin Beerworks team. Additional beers from ABW will be available for purchase.

After a run of successful pop-up dinners showcasing his vision for The Brewer’s Table’s “Shareable Feast,” Executive Chef Zach Hunter will prepare a sampling of smaller plates for the crowd at ABW. These bites will represent the menu which will become the foundation for beer drinking and bocce ball playing in The Brewer’s Table outdoor space and bar.

The complimentary bites at the event include: 

• Beer nuts: candied chickpeas, puffed grains and seeds, chile and black lime
• Smoked fish and cauliflower dip: Meyer lemon, salt and vinegar beer chips
• Rye cured chicken gillette: root vegetable escabeche, sourdough rye bread
• Beer grain falafel: farmer’s cheese, hop leaf harissa
