Be  one of the first to experience the NEW Cannon + Belle restaurant in an intimate setting in SFC’s Teaching Kitchen.

Chef Peter Maffei will share his unique style, cooking techniques and passion for local sourcing while guests enjoy a delicious meal including wine from Hye Meadow Winery and beer from Saint Arnold’s Brewing Company. The menu will feature Lockhart Quail, Seed Crusted Gulf Redfish and Texas Beef Rib.
