Trailer Food Tuesday at The Long Center

WHO:          Austin’s finest food trucks and the Trailer Food Tuesdays team.
WHAT:       It’s that time of year again, so grab your family and friends and head out to the Long Center for Austin’s annual celebration of the city’s culinary mascot – the food truck.      

For the sixth year in a row, the Trailer Food Tuesdays team will bring together O.G. favorites such as The Peached Tortilla and Burro Cheese Kitchen as well as exciting up-and-comers like Rosarito and Cold Ones Pops to kick off a diverse summer lineup sure to please all palates.
Folks can chow down picnic–style on the Long Center lawn, or grab a seat at the tables on the terrace, and enjoy the family-friendly environment.  Well-behaved dogs on leashes are also allowed on the Long Center grass, where guests can enjoy the sunset over the Austin skyline.
Live tunes from ATX musicians will be featured each month, including Cilantro Boombox in June and Murvva Erff in July, along with booths from other local organizations such as We Are Blood and Austin Detours.

ABOUT:            Trailer Food Tuesdays debuted in 2012 in partnership with the Long Center for the Performing Arts as part of their All Summer Long series to celebrate Austin’s vibrant food truck scene. In 2013, co-founders Eric Silverstein (The Peached Tortilla) and Tiffany Harelik (food and travel author) teamed up with Tony Yamanaka (Food Trailers Austin) to form Food Trailer Production LLC. Since then, Trailer Food Tuesdays has continued to expand and grow in attendance, featuring live music, vendors and a festival-like atmosphere.
