In celebration of National Caviar Day, Uchi Austin is celebrating all things caviar July 12 through the 14th with both in-house and at-home menus that encourage a sense of adventure for caviar lovers. The selection will be expanded, adding the ability to enhance old favorites with small caviar options. In addition to the Trout Roe and Kaluga that are mainstays on the Uchi menu, they will offer Tobiko and Golden Osetra selections.
Caviar Day In House
Many of the dishes created for this special weekend menu are crafted to pair beautifully with caviar or roe, although it’s not necessary to order to fully enjoy the experience. The menu will act as a guide for guests, notating which caviars may pair best with which dishes.
