Uncommon Ramen is a monthly series featuring innovative ramen collaborations with renowned chefs from around the country. This month Uncommon Ramen is hosted by Chef de Cuisine Vaidas Imsha and Director of Culinary Operations Brian Morris of the recently opened Austin location of Nashville-based hot chicken restaurant Hattie B’s on South Lamar. The menu will feature a special Hattie B’s x Hot Chicken Ramen, Hattie B’s x Uchiba Bao, and Hattie B’s x Hot Chicken Rangoon. Proceeds from the sale of all three dishes will benefit Hope Food Pantry Austin.
