Wine For the People’s 1st Annual Harvest Celebration

$30Like the famous Beaujolais Nouveau of eastern France, wine regions all over the world celebrate each year’s grape harvest with a limited release of the very young wines of the vintage.
This year, Wine for the People’s Rae Wilson puts Texas on the map with the first ever release of Texas Nouveau Wines.
In addition to Dandy Nouveau (a whole-cluster press mourvèdre), Wilson will also release a Sangiovese Nouveau and a Trebbiano Nouveau from her newly launched The Grower Project. All three are single-vineyard wines showcasing grapes from the Texas High Plains growing region—wines that epitomize pride of place.
Straight from the tank, with youthful hints of the vintage’s promise, they show a fresh, light, and fruity character, meant to be quaffed rather than sipped, savored rather than analyzed. Fall’s answer to the giddy spring pinks we all love.
Join us in kicking off the holiday season with this exclusive taste of Texas’ wine bounty (and Thanksgiving pre-game) where you can pick up some hostess & holiday gifts from local artisans, establish your “I was there” cred at the photo booth, and sway to the sweet sounds of our DJ spinning classic vinyl soul, all while sipping and snacking your way to autumnal bliss.
