Austin Parks Foundation has relaunched their completely free and awesome Fitness in the Park program for the summer. This is a beloved series of approachable classes that stream live on Youtube from parks all over the city. This weekend’s class is aerobics led by Erica Nix—a complete force of nature who runs some of the most fun and entertaining classes you’ll ever do!

Hosted by Austin’s own DJ Mel—creator of the Living Room Dance Party—Fitness in the Park features six different fitness styles in some of Austin’s most beloved park spaces. Join live on YouTube every other Saturday at 10 a.m., and work up a sweat with DJ Mel, their incredible local fitness instructors, and some of Austin’s best local bands.
