Learn how to base, fly, and spot fundamental acroyoga poses as part of your Labor Day celebration! Empowered Arco will be out on the Meredith Heritage Tree Deck at Waterloo Greenway to provide a free beginner class. Arrive solo, or with friends; you will practice in groups of 3-4 people.
