Spooky Silent Disco At The Belmont

Quiet Events is holding it down with a Spooky Silent Disco Party on the 31st from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. at The Belmont. Expect hundreds of party-goers decked out in their Halloween hotness singing, dancing, and drinking with 3 DJs battling for your attention all night long. Costumes are not required, but they’re strongly suggested! Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door.


Trick Or Drink: Austin Halloween Bar Crawl

Trick or Drink features The Best Drink Specials and The Best Bars in Town. Check-in at Kung Fu Saloon (716 W 6th) to get your wristband and map with participating bars, their location, and their drink specials. Your wristband gets you into any of the participating bars with no cover. Takes place on the 29th, 30th, and 31st. Single-day passes ($15) and 3-day passes ($25) are available.


Halloween At Hotel San José

Celebrate Halloween with Hotel San José on Saturday, October 30th from 8 p.m. until midnight. They’ll have drink specials, music by DJs Chuck’N’Coffins and @theoldfea, and their much-anticipated costume contest! It’s free to attend. 

Phantom Fest At Central Machine Works

Phantom Fest is a fun and festive community-building celebration of all things spooky and Halloween, with the goal this year to raise $10,000 for Austin Pets Alive! Phantom Fest is teaming up with Central Machine Works for not one, but TWO Halloween costume parties this year. The party on the 30th is a zombie prom and Halloween costume party that is sure to be a night to dismember. The party on the 31st will have a costume contest, live music, pop-up vendors, spooky drink specials, and more. RSVP here.


Freaky Float At The Austin Motel

On Wednesday, October 27th, join The Austin Motel for a sunset screening of Little Shop Of Horrors at the Austin Motel Pool. Admission is $20. Gates open at 5 p.m. and the show starts around 7 p.m.


South Congress Candy And Cocktail Crawl

This Halloween, starting at 4:00PM, trick or treat down South Congress to Austin Motel, Joann’s, Jo’s, Hotel San Jose, Perla’s, Neighborhood Sushi, and June’s for scary concoctions. Each stop has its own collectible cup and candy for the kids!


Bob’s Burger Pop-Up At Huckleberry 

A favorite show of Huckleberry owners Melinda Reese and Davis Turner, the Bob’s Burgers Pop-Up will include a special menu with four themed dishes. In addition to the menu, the Austin Flea will be onsite from 11 a.m.–6 p.m. and the Austin FC away game will be playing at Circle Brewing. Look out for staffers dressed like the cast! The menu includes One Fish, Two Fish, Not a Fish (a veggie sandwich), Seems a Bit Fishy (fish sandwich), Something’s NOT Fishy (a burger), and Neither Fish nor Fowl (a shrimp sandwich). The pop-up is going on from 4–9 p.m. or until they sell out!

Dog Costume Contest And Fundraiser At Beerburg

In honor of pitbull awareness month, Beerburg partners with Love-a-Bull to throw a Halloween dog costume contest at the hill country brewery on October 30th from 3–6 p.m. Registration for each dog is $10 with all proceeds going to Love-a-Bull. The first-place winner will snag a $100 gift card and the opportunity to collaborate with Beerburg on brewing their own small-batch beer release, and gift cards for second and third place. The event starts at 4 p.m. and is family (and of course pet) friendly.


Deep In Drag At Deep Eddy Distillery 

Join Deep Eddy Distillery for their Deep in Drag Halloween Experience hosted by Nadine Hughes with DJ Donavin Velez. Bow down to the Hallow-queen! The Halloween Experience includes a costume contest for the scariest, funniest, and sexiest costumes, along with an overall winner! Food is provided by Crimson Creek Smokehouse, but come for the boos. Tickets start at $15.


Haunted W Austin Hotel Halloween And Costume Party

On October 30th, The W Austin hotel has a ghoulish get-together planned where you can be your most wicked self. Don your scary, spooky, or sexy costume and get in the spirit, partying till the ghouls come home! Join them for the most spooktacular Halloween party Austin has to offer as they transform the W Austin – Great Room into a spooktacular haunted experience with tricks and treats around every corner. And with four of Austin’s hottest DJs performing live, they’ll rock this hotel with the best club mixes on the planet! Tickets start at $35.


Bat City Scaregrounds

Bat City Scaregrounds is a fully immersive, 15-acre entertainment complex dedicated to all things Halloween and horror! It just opened this October and consists of three incredibly produced and terrifying haunted houses. It’s open Thursday – Sunday and has live music, Vegas-style performances, a drive-in movie screen, and more! Tickets start at $30.

Halloween Party At Maggie Mae’s

On Halloween night, from 8 p.m.–1 a.m., Maggie Mae’s is throwing a 90’s themed Halloween party with live performances, vendors, and more! Early bird tickets start at $10 and are available through the 15th. After the 15th, GA tickets go up to $15. VIP and group buddies are available as well.


Freaky Friday Halloween Costume Party

On Friday, the 29th, experience a spooky night of good music, dancing, food, and drinks at Historic Victory Grill! There will also be a cash prize for the best costume. Their bar and full kitchen are available all evening. Tickets start at $10.


Howloween At TLC

From October 15th through the 31st, bring your pup to TLC for TLC’s Halloween celebration – TLC Howloween! Dress your pup up in their Howloween best for the chance to win a $100 TLC gift card. There are three costume categories for your furry friends to participate in Spookiest Pooch, Most Creative Creature, Best Owner/Doggie Duo. Each category will have one winner. Goth Night At Old Thousand

Head to Old Thousand’s 11th street location on the 29th and 30th for Goth Night – a limited time menu celebrating spooky season! The menu will feature festive bites such as Beyond Goth Gyoza made with charcoal encasement, Beyond meat, and beet blood; and boozy libations like the Recreational Sadness made with Plantation rum, black walnut bitters, and beet-balsamic shrub.
