It’s hard to wrap our heads around the amount of suffering across the world right now. If you are lucky enough to work from home and get your groceries delivered, you know there are millions of people who don’t have those luxuries right now. We can’t control much, but we can make an impact on our neighbor’s lives—and do our part to help the Austin community get through these unprecedented challenges.

The Central Texas Food Bank is an amazing organization that is distributing emergency food boxes to people who are experiencing food insecurity due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Each household in need receives a 28 pound box of food along with hygiene products.

They are working to eliminate barriers to healthy food so that there’s always a compassionate solution when anyone in the area who is facing hunger.
