There’s a new premium shaved ice spot that’s serving up better flavors and ingredients for the best hot-weather treat of all time. We all love a towering cup of Hawaiian shaved ice when it’s 115 degrees outside in Austin. But lots of the stands and trucks that sell them use syrups full of ingredients that are terrible for you. 

K’s Shaved Ice + More has a strong commitment to sustainability and quality. Their All Time Favs and Premium Flavors are made from real fruit purée and contain no artificial flavoring or coloring. Their cups are all biodegradable, and they make their ice in-house and use refillable containers to source their water. 

The owners of K’s live in Austin and wanted to serve their community and put smiles on the faces of the young and the young at heart. If you don’t live in the Austin area, you’ll be able to find them in the future at music festivals, farmer’s markets, community events, and lots more. You can also book them for a private event. 

The grand opening is going to be this Saturday, September 5th and to celebrate, they are offering small, one flavor K’s All Time Favs shaved ice for free from 1–3 p.m. Outside of those two hours, they’re offering 35% off all shaved ice and 25% cold brew coffee the entire day (or while supplies last). Stop by and taste what shaved ice can be when the people who make it go above and beyond.
