Help brighten our community and illuminate conversation around suicide prevention by participating in the A Light in the Dark Run-Your-Own 5K.

Hosted by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, this run-your-own-route event is a celebration of health and wellness and a time to make taking care of yourself fun! You have the choice to run your own route or one of the recommended routes starting and ending at their packet pick-up locations any time on Sunday.

Donate or fundraise at least $35 to receive your own at-Home race packet complete with glow gear, AFSP resources, and materials from their sponsors.

In her previous life, Kristy was an uninspired realtor who was feeling a little bit bored with her day to day. So on January 1, 2010, she made a New Year’s resolution to write about one thing to do each day in her beloved city of Austin, Texas. And thus, 365 Things Austin was born.
