It’s here and it’s glorious! Little Ola’s Biscuits, a take-away biscuit shop featuring Olamaie’s famous flaky biscuits conveniently delivered to your car, has launched and now we have everything we ever wanted basically.

The shop, operating out of Olamaie and accepting orders here will be serving the restaurant’s signature biscuits along with biscuit sandwiches (like one featuring a fried Dewberry Hills Farm chicken thigh slathered in Texas honey or a sausage, egg, and cheese). In addition to the sandwiches, all $10 or less, there will be sides and pantry provisions like sliced country ham and house-made pimento cheese.

Pastry Chef Jules Stoddart will be offering an assortment of cookies, chocolate mousse, and a bake-at-home biscuit dough cinnamon bun which comes served with a frosting packet for drizzling!

A rotating selection of cocktails will be served, including frozen options, punch, and a house-bottled negroni. Selections from Olamaie’s wine and beer list will be available, but at Little Ola’s prices.

Serving biscuits made with care Thursday-Sunday 10 a.m.–8 p.m.!
