Spare Birdie is offering two delicious Mother’s Day specials on May 14th, featuring a Heirloom Tomato Salad and Flower Shaped Spinach & Pecorino Ravioli. The Heirloom Tomato Salad showcases the vibrant colors and flavors of heirloom tomatoes, complemented with herbed goat cheese, roasted asparagus, toasted almonds, and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic reduction.
