Oktoberfest is right around the corner, and we’re ready to celebrate! We’ve rounded up a list of parties, events, concerts, and more for you to participate in now through the end of October.
Koko’s Bavarian
Don’t miss the first annual Oktoberfest at Koko’s Bavarian. The Prince of Bavaria (yes, you read that right) will be tapping the first keg on Saturday, September 24th, just like his 5th great grandfather King Ludwig did to kick off the first Oktoberfest in 1810. Activities at Koko’s Oktoberfest include: Nightly DJs and Bands, Koko’s Festbier—a special beer created for Oktoberfest, Oktoberfest 2022 Steins (and stein-holding contests), authentic decor, and a GIANT Oktoberfest arch for fall photo ops, games, food/drink specials, and more!
Easy Tiger
To celebrate Oktoberfest, Easy Tiger will have live music, activities, beer, and food specials at all of their Beer Gardens from September 21st–25th. Their live music lineup will consist of Austin Polka Band, and local DJs. To find all the details, check out their post on Instagram here.
St. Elmo Brewing
Get ready for St. Elmo’s 2022 Oktoberfest party on September 17th! There will be music by Austin Polka Band (1-4 p.m.), Stein Hoisting Competition (start working out like now), and costumes are welcome! Dust off that lederhosen!
Wurstfest
Head to Wurstfest November 4th–13th for a unique annual celebration rich in German culture and full of Texas fun! Here you’ll enjoy good food, music, dancing, exciting carnival rides and games, German, Texan, and domestic beer, special events, and the finest in Alpine and Bavarian Style Entertainment.
Jester King
Join Jester King for their Oktoberfest celebration from Wednesday, September 28th through Sunday, October 2nd! They’ll have: Bavarian food specials & lots of beer, Trivia (Thursday, September 29th), Drag Bingo (Friday, September 30th), Keg rolling contest (Sunday, October 2nd), stein holding contest (Sunday, 10/2), pretzel necklaces, and live music. Dirndl and lederhosen encouraged!
