CANTINE is featuring 3 special cocktails created by bar manager Adrian Braun, including
- Summer sangria
- Paula’s Texas Grapefruit Spritz (Paula’s Texas Grapefruit and cava)
- Right on Red (Paula’s Texas Grapefruit, bourbon, raspberry and lemon)
Chef Scott Kaplan will cook up a paella with squid ink rice, calamari, clams, chorizo, peas, piquillo peppers and roasted garlic aioli, pairing perfectly with the refreshing libations.
Keeping in theme with CANTINE’s Paella Tuesday (when the restaurant serves a seasonal paella and $5 sangrias exclusively on Tuesdays), this event will be a great treat to look forward to during the work week.
