Anthony Falco, international pizza consultant and author of the upcoming book Pizza Czar, is popping up at Sammataro today for a one day special event to raise money for Free Lunch, which helps Austinites who are facing food insecurity.

Sammataro and Anthony Falco will be featuring two Sicilian Grandma recipes from his book. They are also featuring drinks by Fairweather Cider and limited-edition Sammataro x Pizza Czar T-shirts will be available as well.

Slices are first come, first served, with two styles available:
Red Grandma w/ house made mozzarella, Bianco di Napoli Tomatoes, and Texas Olive Ranch EVOO

White Grandma topped with onion, pecorino Romano, filled with fresh mozzarella & sliced mortadella (optional)
