Come toast to the luck of the Irish and try not to get pinched at The Far Out Lounge’s
St. Paddy’s Day with J.D. Wilkes and Scott H. Biram!

They’ll be live music outside and table seating to keep everyone distanced. Masks are required—green masks are ideal!

J.D. Wilkes is an American musician, visual artist, author, filmmaker and self-proclaimed “southern surrealist.” He is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist (notably on harmonica and banjo), having recorded with such artists as Merle Haggard, John Carter Cash, and Mike Patton. Wilkes is perhaps best known as the founder of The Legendary Shack Shakers.

Scott H. Biram isn’t a one-man band. He is THE one-man band. He fearlessly preaches his gospel of blues, punk, country, metal and psychobilly to his congregation via a pulpit that is just a stack of amps, a ’59 hollow body Gibson, and a stomp board.

In her previous life, Kristy was an uninspired realtor who was feeling a little bit bored with her day to day. So on January 1, 2010, she made a New Year’s resolution to write about one thing to do each day in her beloved city of Austin, Texas. And thus, 365 Things Austin was born.
