Jacoby Restaurant Group is opening a family-centric pizzeria called Swift Pizza Co. and it’s making it’s big debut today! The neighborhood spot specializes in custom and signature pizzas made with premium ingredients for dine-in or take-away.
The menu will also offer Executive Chef Brandon Fuller’s playful nods to childhood favorites such as fried mozzarella sticks and spaghetti and meatballs featuring their family raised Jacoby beef. Desserts will range from soft serve ice cream to rice krispies treats. And the drinks will be twists on classic cocktails as well as local and imported draft beer and wine.
The interior, designed by Kris Swift of Future Design Now, is a combination of childhood nostalgia and schoolhouse vibes. The music playlist at Swifty’s is reminiscent of mix tapes you may have passed your middle-school crush or childhood best friend.
Hours: Open for dinner Wednesday–Sunday| 5–11 p.m.
