We can’t imagine our lives without our pets, and we are so grateful to team up with you to help them live happier, healthier lives with the people who love them.

Proceeds from the luncheon will provide care for pets in need at Emancipet. Table sponsorships are currently available. To purchase, please contact cyndi.hughes@emancipet.org.

Individual tickets will go on sale for $175 per person later this month. Please email us at philanthropy@emancipet.org if you’d like to be contacted when tickets are available.

We certainly are a city that loves their dogs. The Mutt-Cracker is a show that any animal lover will get a kick out of watching. It has all the elements of an animal based circus including circus dogs, performing parrots, juggling and unicycling, giant bubbles, puppets and more bizarre entertainment that you will just have to see to believe!

I’m blogging on another dog-related activity, which shouldn’t be a surprise. What can I say? I love my dog, and luckily, Austin has tons of cool events like this for dog owners and their pets to go out and enjoy.

This event will be all dogs, all afternoon. They’re going to have everything from weenie dog races, pet massages (I can only
imagine), agility demos, doggie goodie bags and more.

You don’t even need to be a dog owner to appreciate today. If you’re looking to adopt, or just like dogs, you will enjoy this all
dog day afternoon. Maybe this will get us ready for  the “dog days of summer.”

They will also have events for kids, plus food and drinks. On top it just being a fun-filled day, a portion of all sales will be
donated to each participating rescue group!

Have a great weekend, and be paw-sitive!
