Book Signing – Bien Cuit: The Art of Bread

Interested in making easy artisan, yet high quality bread at home? Come join the author of Bien Cuit: The Art of Bread, Zachary Golpher, a chef from Bien Cuit!
Métier Cook’s Supply and LENOIR Restaurant will host Chef Zachary Golper of Bien Cuit and Easy Tiger’s dough puncher David Norman. Books are available at Métier.
At 6 p.m., Zachary and David will lead a lively discussion in the LENOIR Wine Garden on all things flour related, from sourdough starters and local grains to bread pairings and the business of baking.
There will be complimentary snacks, Easy Tiger bread and happy hour drink specials. Everything is free!
