Donut lovers rejoice! Austinites can now indulge in artisanal donuts from the Miami-based brand called The Salty Donut, which officially opens today on South Congress. This is the family-owned brand’s fifth brick-and-mortar shop and their decadent treats have created a cult-like following in Miami, Dallas, and Orlando.

They will be celebrating throughout the weekend with swag giveaways in collaboration with Topo Chico for the first 50 customers on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Salty Donut’s opening menu will feature 12 donuts, including year-round and seasonal flavors.
