Surf And Turf Pop-Up With Huckleberry And LeRoy And Lewis

The teams behind Huckleberry and LeRoy and Lewis are hosting a multi-course dinner reminiscent of a 90s steakhouse. The Surf & Turf Pop-up will take place inside Circle Brewing’s open-air taproom (next door to Huckleberry) decked out with decor to match the occasion. The nostalgic menu includes a wedge salad, smoked beef tenderloin & a crab cake topped with bearnaise sauce, sides and ends with the quintessential steakhouse dessert—cheesecake. The Shortie’s Classic

Tito’s is hosting The Shorties Classic, an exciting, first-of-its-kind professional pitch and putt match with PGA TOUR players. The Shorties Classic will feature the classic game of Wolf played by four PGA TOUR golfers: Harry Higgs, Harold Varner III, Pat Perez, and Joel Dahmen. For every point each player wins in Wolf, Tito’s will donate $10,000 to the charity they have chosen to play for, for a total donation of $350,000.

F*ck This Week – A Comedic Exploration

F*ck This Week takes place at Fallout Theater at 8 p.m., and it opens the floor to an audience member to complain about how awful their week is going to be; whether it’s work, a break-up or your Door Dash order showed up with a bite taken out of it.


November 9th

James Beard Foundation’s Taste America Culinary Series 

Taste America is a nationwide initiative to bring together chefs and diners to support the local restaurants in rebuilding a more sustainable and equitable industry. Chefs Fermín Núñez of Suerte and LeAnn Mueller of la Barbecue will prepare a multi-course menu that reflects their signature styles and highlights the uniqueness of their restaurant and the Austin community. The dinner takes place at Suerte and will also include beverage pairings for each course as well as a swag bag to take home.

Andiamo’s 17th Anniversary 

Andiamo is celebrating its 17th year in Austin! Join them for a night of wine, pasta, and celebratory cake. There will also be live music and a live chef demo in their dining room. The evening consists of four courses, each with a wine pairing. Tickets are $85.

Mozart’s Light Show Opening Day

Bomb and Get Bombed is a stand-up comedy show taking place at Pour Choices. Unlike most comedy shows, having a bad set has consequences. Every time a performer’s joke falls flat they have to take a drink on stage. So the harder you bomb, the more you get bombed!

Rainey And Dirty 6th Pub Crawl

Comics Who Shred

Comic Who Shred is a comedy lineup comprised of Austin’s funniest skateboarders happening at Spiderhouse Ballroom at 10 p.m. (doors at 9:30 p.m.). The lineup features John Hoeft and Greg James with Taylor Clark headlining.

Viva La Sam

Sam Margera (Sam Castillo), Austin’s leading Bam Margera protégé, presents Viva La Sam: A Comedy Showcase. Joined by Andrew Wagner, Margera hosts an evening of stand-up comedy, pranks, digital shorts, and Jackass-style chaos. Featuring performances by local comedians at the Fallout Theater, this show is truly one of a kind.

Hip Hop Nutcracker 

Everything old is new again. Tchaikovsky’s 129-year-old ballet is reimagined as a holiday dance spectacle in The Hip Hop Nutcracker, arriving at Bass Concert Hall on November 23. The production features hip hop pioneer Kurtis “The Breaks” Blow, the first rapper to be signed by a major label in 1979.

Hello! Paint At Indian Roller

Dale Watson’s Thanksgiving Show

31st Annual Turkey Trot

The ThunderCloud Subs Turkey Trot, one of Austin’s most beloved Thanksgiving traditions, started in 1991 with just a handful of volunteers and 600 participants. Today it has grown to be the largest 5-mile run in Texas, with more than 700 volunteers and over 20,000 participants from all over the U.S. and beyond.
