2. Waterloo Music Festival

WhatWaterloo Music Festival is a celebration of Jam and the Austin music culture, September 7-9 at Carson Creek Ranch. 3. Pecan Street Festival 

What: This festival that’s been a part of Austin for decades. The Pecan Street Festival features 300 juried vendors, food concessions, three stages of music, kids rides and petting zoo, and so much more. It’s an oldie and a goodie!.

4. Float The River

What: Floating the river is always a great idea. But true Austinites know that September is THE month to float. The river is less crowded and the temps are a bit more bearable. We provide roundtrip transportation from downtown Austin, tubes, coolers, and ice so you can have the perfect floating experience.

5. The Great Outdoors Garden Party

What: The 2nd Saturday of every month The Great Outdoor hosts a fabulous celebration of plants and gardening. This time they will be focusing on raising backyard chickens for fun and sustainability.

10. Fancy Tailgate at Hotel Ella
